INTERNATIONAL LIFETIME WARRANTY
Since January 1, 2024, every FOB PARIS watch comes with a 5-year international warranty.
By registering your watch and joining the FOB CARE program, this warranty becomes unlimited in time, provided that your watch is serviced every five years at the FOB PARIS watchmaking workshop.
This warranty covers any manufacturing defect duly noted by our watchmakers. In the event of a malfunction, our technical team is available to assess and repair your watch by email at support@fob-paris.com, by WhatsApp at +336 30 42 76 12, or by phone at +331 45 23 32 43.
REVIEW PROGRAM
To ensure longevity and apply the lifetime warranty on your watch, we recommend a complete overhaul every five years.
Nos horlogers démontent, nettoient, lubrifient et contrôlent chaque composant du mouvement. Des tests d’étanchéité et de précision sont ensuite effectués avant restitution.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY WARRANTY?
Click on “Register my watch,” upload your invoice, and enter the unique number associated with your watch on your warranty card.
WHERE IS THE FOB PARIS WORKSHOP LOCATED?
Our workshop is located in the heart of Paris, at 16 rue des Gravilliers, where each watch is manufactured and maintained by our watchmakers.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY WATCH ?
Send an email to support@fob-paris.com explaining your problem, and a technician will reply with the steps to follow. You can also bring your watch directly to the workshop at 16 rue des Gravilliers in Paris.
CUSTOMIZATION SERVICE
To make your watch unique, we offer an engraving service. We can engrave text, a name, or a date on the case of your watch. Available on all our watches, this service can be accessed directly from the product pages on our website.
