We offer delivery and return for all orders, worldwide.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and taxes are already included in the price.

All our orders are shipped within 24 hours (for working days)

- internationally by FedEx (delivery in 7 to 10 working days)

As soon as the order is validated, a tracking number is sent to you to follow the progress of your order.

Vous changez d’avis ? Vous disposez d’un délai de 30 jours pour nous retourner votre montre, non portée, dans son emballage d’origine.

Un bon de retour est inclus dans votre envoi.

You are refunded as soon as we receive the watch, on the payment method used to make the purchase.

For any order over €100 made in France, FOB PARIS offers you the option of paying in installments.

To do this, simply choose the ALMA payment option when checking out.

Your payment then goes through our banking partner, ALMA, which will automatically charge your credit card one third of the amount on the day of payment, the second third one month later, and the balance two months after your purchase.

Of course, your order is validated immediately and your product is shipped within 24 hours of your order.

You can choose to order a product, try it on at home, and only pay for it if you are sure to keep it:

- order your product, then as payment method choose "Alma - Pay in 30 days"

- you enter your credit card information, but are not debited

- you receive your product and try it

- if you are satisfied with your product, the amount of the purchase will be charged to your card 30 days after the order. If you prefer to send the watch back to us, you will never be charged.

All our watches have an international warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended for life under the FOB CARE program, and is valid for any watch registered on our site.

During the warranty period, any defective part due to a manufacturing defect, duly noted by our technical teams, will be, at FOB PARIS' option, repaired or replaced free of charge.

The warranty does not apply:

- in the event of damage or operating problems due to misuse, negligence or accident;

- on bracelets, whatever the material ;

- in the event of damage or operating problems due to improper use (shocks, dents, crushing of the case, glass, bracelet, etc.);

- in the event of alterations, deterioration, dismantling, modifications or unauthorized repairs to your watch;

- on watches that have not been serviced for more than 5 years, or that have been serviced or repaired elsewhere than in the FOB PARIS workshop, or in a workshop approved by FOB PARIS

 

If you notice a malfunction on your watch, please contact our technical team SUPPORT@FOB-PARIS.COM.

Your watch will be taken care of in our workshop, located in Paris.

Un soin particulier a été apporté à la conception et à la fabrication des montres et accessoires FOB PARIS. Ils sont constitués de nombreux composants très délicats, c’est pourquoi, nous vous encourageons à en prendre soin, à les préserver des chocs et des situations extrêmes.
Pour une fiabilité́ optimale et pour une longue durée de vie, nous vous recommandons de faire vérifier le mouvement de votre montre par un horloger tous les 5 ans afin de vous assurer de son bon fonctionnement. Par ailleurs, afin de préserver votre montre et accessoires FOB PARIS, nous vous recommandons de lire les conseils d’utilisation et d’entretien décrits dans le manuel d’utilisation.
Pour toute réparation, votre montre sera prise en charge dans un de nos ateliers (Paris, Dubai, Tokyo, Shanghai ou Hong-Kong).
